Sport Taping Basics & Ankle Clinic – LEVEL 1

(Knowledge of basic anatomy recommended)

This course is designed for the novice taper or for those who wish to refresh their taping skills.  It is a practical clinic that will cover relevant ankle injury assessment basics, and practice of ankle taping, including the “Modified Closed Basketweave Technique”.

Sport Taping – Wrist & Thumb Clinic – LEVEL 1

(Prerequisite – Sport Taping Basics)

This course will provide the novice taper with the fundamentals of wrist and thumb taping for the contact & non-contact athlete.  It will begin with an anatomical review and basic wrist and thumb injury assessment. Taping practice will be provided for several common tape-jobs that can be used in a variety of sports.
