SHIRLEY PUZEY - Head Receptionist & Insurance Claims Manager
Shirley took all of her schooling in Red Deer, and after graduating from Lindsey Thurber High School she moved to Edmonton to train as a Glaucoma Lab Tech @ the U of A. Following her training she married and moved to Calgary where she opened the Glaucoma Lab at the Foothills Hospital. Shirley was a volunteer with the 88 Calgary Olympics as a V.I.P. Host. Following the Olympics she took a course in travel, tourism and wedding planning. She opened her own consulting business - Wedding Connections for 3yrs. She was hired as a store manager for ladies wear - Final Touch, and worked there for 6 years after which she decided to do a lifestyle change and move back to Central Alberta. Prior to joining the "Collegiate Team" she worked for an eye surgeon in Red Deer the past 4yrs. Shirley has a major interest in all sports, decorating and doing things with her family.

Nicole Fauria - Receptionist / Clinic Assistant

Nicole started as a practicum student from the University of Alberta. After her practicum she finished with a Bachelor of Physical Education Degree with a concentration in Sport Performance and Physical Activity. She has an increased interest in Athletic Therapy. Previously Nicole attended Red Deer College in the Faculty of Kinesiology. In 2004 she received her Diploma in Kinesiology & certification as a Certified Fitness Consultant . She also holds certification in First Aid, CPR (Level C), "Sports First Aid" and "Athletic Taping and Strapping". Nicole was the therapist for Red Deer College Queens hockey team in 2003-04 season. That same year, Nicole did a practicum at RDC Athletic Therapy Clinic & at COLLEGIATE. Nicole grew up in Lacombe area and Graduated from Lacombe Composite High School in 2002. She was a dancer for 16 years and competitive for 11 years in all dance disciplines.
